- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Relations and your designated trinity team, to effectively implement daily work plans.

- Use global tools and best practices to ensure high-quality, efficient, and simple design solutions.

- Contribute innovative ideas in workshops by leveraging knowledge of retail, competitors, and customer insights.

- Guide customers through the purchasing, design, and after-sales processes for a smooth and convenient experience.

- Maintain IKEA's brand identity, values, and vision while delivering outstanding service.

Requirements

- A strong understanding of home furnishing trends, interior design, and the IKEA way of presenting products.

- The ability to communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs, and create tailored furnishing solutions.

- Proficiency in design-related software such as AutoCAD.

- An education or background in interior design.

- A hands-on approach to tasks with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
