: The role of HOD - Unit IR will be primarily responsible for aligning the manpower plan with unit level operations strategy by spearheading all manpower planning, budgeting and recruiting / staffing activities in the unit, by collaborating extensively with all unit departments and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. Additionally, this role would be responsible for human resource lifecycle management as well as ensuring compliances to all relevant labor laws and compliances and would also periodically extend support towards liaison with local authorities and agencies.
