Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping requirements.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and housekeeping materials.
- Follow SOPs and company service standards at all times.
- Assist in deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as assigned.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
- Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10th/12th Pass.
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitals, offices, or residential properties is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Experience:

- 0-2 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.

Working Conditions:

- Rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light housekeeping equipment for extended periods.
