NJob Summary

nWe are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Creative Designer who can produce high-quality videos, social media content, promotional creatives, and engaging thumbnails. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, graphic designing, and visual storytelling.

NKey Responsibilities

- Edit Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, interviews, and short-form content.
N
- Create engaging and professional motion graphics, animations, transitions, and text effects.
N
- Create social media creatives, posters, banners, and promotional graphics.
N
- Handle Photoshop-based designing, photo editing, retouching, and compositing.
N
- Add and synchronize music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, and captions.
N
- Understand current social media trends, reel formats, hooks, transitions, and editing styles.
N
- Work closely with the marketing/social media team to develop creative content ideas.
N

nCamera Shooting & Handling

N

n
- Operate DSLR, Mirrorless & professional video cameras for shoots.
N
- Handle camera settings,lenses, exposure, focus, framing & composition.
N
- Shoot hospital videos, doctor interviews, reels, events and promotional content.
N




- Set up and handle tripods, gimbals, lights and microphones.
N
- Understand different lighting conditions and shooting techniques.
N

nRequired Skills

- Strong knowledge of Video Editing.
N
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
N
- Knowledge of Motion Graphics.
N
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop.
N
- Knowledge of Graphic Designing & Visual Communication.
N
- Experience in YouTube Thumbnail Designing.
N
- Understanding of Typography, color, composition, and branding.
N
- Good understanding of social media content and trends.
N

nPreferred Skills

- Experience with AI-based creative tools.
N
- Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.
N
- Experience creating content for healthcare, corporate, marketing, or social media brands.

nEducation & Experience

NQualification: Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Video Editing, Graphic Designing, Multimedia, or a related field.

NExperience: 1–3 years preferred. Freshers with strong portfolios and relevant skills may also be considered.

NImportant

nCandidates must have a solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating their video editing, motion graphics, graphic designing, Photoshop, and thumbnail designing skills.
