We are hiring an experienced Team Lead Physician Billing to manage end-to-end physician billing operations, ensure quality, and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day physician billing workflow (denials & AR follow-up)
- Ensure 100% accuracy, TAT compliance, and claim submission
- Lead, mentor & motivate billing associates
- Analyze denial trends and support AR resolution
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Ensure process compliance & quality standards (HIPAA)
Required Skills:
- 7 - 9years of experience in Physician Billing / RCM
- Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead role (On Papers)
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 & US insurance rules
- Good communication & team-handling skills
- Experience in multi-specialty billing is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications - Valuable analytical & quality audit skills
