Position: Nursing Incharge / Senior Staff Nurse / Nursing Supervisor Department: Nursing Experience: 2+ Years in Hospital/Nursing Care Qualification: GNM / B.Sc.
Nursing Location: Dhanbad, Ranchi ,Jharkhand Salary: Salary – Negotiable/As per Experience Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily nursing activities. Ensure proper patient care and maintain nursing standards. Prepare duty rosters and coordinate shift management.
Monitor medication administration, documentation, and patient records. Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments. Handle staff-related issues and ensure smooth functioning of the nursing department.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
