NGather Requirement, perform fit-gap analysis and develop robust design.

- Deliver workshop and prepare required documentations as per project guidelines.

- Lead the design and manage the stakeholders to get the timely sign off on the best practices processes design for SAP Ariba full suite applications.

- Configure contract workspaces, clause libraries, templates, playbooks and term variants;

set up meta-data taxonomy.

- Design approval flows (legal, finance) with thresholds;

implement e-signature and versioning;

define archive/retention.

- Map ERP integrations: vendor/GL/CC, contract reference on PO, price/term visibility;

data migration for legacy contracts.

- Set up obligation tracking, alerts and renewals;

define KPIs for contract compliance and cycle time.

- Collaborate with Supplier Risk to embed risk scores and mitigations within contracting checkpoints.

- Design registration andqualification workflows;

build modular questionnaires (tax, bank, ESG, InfoSec, sanctions).

- Integrate Workday org data for request/approval routing;

align vendor master with S/4 (BP model).

- Configure risk rules/thresholds and continuous monitoring;

set up periodic review cadence and remediation playbooks.

- Define GDPR-compliant consent, data retention and right-to-be-forgotten processes.

- Establish supplier performance scorecards and corrective action plans linked to category strategies.

- Create buying channels (punchout/hosted), smart forms, rules and help content;
