Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud development. You will be part of the PEM workstream, building and enhancing partner-facing solutions that support partner onboarding, deal registration, access management and portal capabilities.
You will work closely with the Solution Architect and senior technical team members to translate technical designs into scalable Salesforce solutions and contribute throughout the development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Configure and develop Salesforce PRM and Experience Cloud capabilities for partner-facing business processes.
- Build functionality for partner onboarding, partner access, deal registration and partner portal experiences.
- Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) based on business and technical requirements.
- Implement Salesforce automation to streamline partner-related workflows and processes.
- Develop partner-facing dashboards, notifications and other Experience Cloud functionality.
- Work with the Solution Architect and senior developers to understand and implement technical designs.
- Apply Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets and data-access controls appropriately.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues and resolve defects across development and testing environments.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Support deployments, release activities and sprint deliverables.
- Collaborate with functional teams, architects, QA and other developers in an Agile environment.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
- Solid hands-on development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Practical experience developing solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce PRM / Partner Portal capabilities.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security and sharing architecture.
- Experience building partner-facing applications and business processes on Salesforce.
- Strong debugging, unit testing and defect-resolution skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to understand technical designs and independently deliver development components.
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations and APIs.
- Experience with Experience Cloud site configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release processes.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s).
- Experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
