Logistics Lead

What you can look forward as Logistics Lead:

- Design and build end-to-end logistics and fulfilment network for the marketplace- including dark store locations, hub-and-spoke models, and last-mile delivery
- Own relationships with logistics and 3PL partners, courier aggregators, and hyperlocal delivery networks.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with logistics partners; manage vendor performance. Optimize delivery economics and turnaround times.
- Define and continuously improve delivery SLAs by product category and geography- targeting same-hour and same-day dispatch and delivery systems
- Monitor logistics KPIs- on-time delivery, damage rates, cost-per-shipment, fill rate




- Collaborate with Ops Tech lead to integrate logistics workflows into the platform
- Develop reverse logistics and returns management processes
- Plan and build operations team as the business scales to new cities and clusters.

Your profile as Logistics Lead:

1. 7-12 years in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations with significant exposure to E-commerce or quick commerce fulfilment
2. Good in Logistics Management, Last-Mile Delivery, Quick Commerce Logistics, Transportation Management, Distribution Network Design, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Logistics Analytics, Vendor Management, Route Optimization, Cost Optimization, Reverse Logistics, Inventory Flow Management
3. Demonstrated experience designing and operating dark stores, micro-fulfilment centers or regional distribution hubs in India
4. Deep understanding of last-mile delivery economics and dynamics- cost structures, rider/ fleet management, and routing optimization in Metro/ Tier-1 cities, automotive hubs
5. Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using logistics/ warehouse management systems, dashboards, route optimization metric and cost modelling
6. Strong vendor management experience- experience negotiating with and managing 3PL and courier partners

Ops Tech Lead: What you can look forward as Operations Tech Lead(Logistics & Warehouse- E Commerce)

- Build and own the operations technology stack- WMS,



OMS, inventory management, and fulfilment automation systems. Evaluate third-party ops tech solutions (WMS vendors, barcode/QR-based systems, route optimization tools)
- Lead integrations with supplier, distributor, retailer ERP systems, inventory feeds and catalog APIs
- Design and implement real-time inventory tracking and automated replenishment systems across supplier warehouses, dark stores and transit nodes
- Develop automated order routing logic- matching buyer orders to the nearest available inventory in real-time
- Improve automation and efficiency across operations- slotting, procurement, batch picking/ dispatch efficiency, reverse logistics
- Build operational dashboards and alerting systems for inventory health, fill rates, SLA tracking and exception management.
- Ensure ops-tech requirements are embedded in the core platform roadmap

Your profile as Operations Tech Lead(Logistics & Warehouse- E Commerce):

- 7-12 Years in operations technology, warehouse systems, supply chain analytics, or logistics tech ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environment
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing WMS (Manhattan, HighJump, Increff, or similar), OMS tool and TMS systems
- Robust understanding of inventory management- safety dock, reorder points, demand forecasting
- Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Logistics teams
- Experience with API integrations between operations platforms and supplier/ logistics systems
- Data driven mindset- strong in SQL; operations analytics
- Ability to write basic scripts or work closely with engineers to build custom tooling
