We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing RESTful APIs, cloud-native applications, CI/CD practices, and production support. Candidates with experience in the Banking or Insurance domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Develop secure, high-performance, and resilient cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide timely resolutions for technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Follow secure coding practices and ensure application reliability and scalability.
