Should be comfortable working at a Factory/Godown location.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP software.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Factory Inventory Executive to manage inventory/stock records, material movement and documentation at our factory-cum-godown. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Tea or FMCG industry and should be comfortable handling ERP systems, stock verification and day-to-day factory/godown coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle stock entries for receipt of raw materials, issue of materials to production, production entries and stock transfers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's ERP software and Google Sheets.
- Maintain physical records of stock, material receipts, production and dispatch documentation.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.




- Supervise stock, blending and packing activities.
- Monitor movement and availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of inventory and factory activities.
- Coordinate with factory/godown teams for smooth movement and availability of materials.
- Handle other allied activities related to factory and godown operations.
- Prepare regular stock and inventory reports as required.
- Report to the Local In-Charge and coordinate with the Local Office, other factories and Head Office.
- Ensure timely communication regarding stock, production and inventory-related matters.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Com Graduate.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Inventory, Stock, Stores or Godown Operations.
- Candidates from Tea Industry or FMCG Industry will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and ERP software.
- Experience in stock entries, inventory management and stock verification.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 15 days' notice period preferred.
