We are looking for a results-driven HR professional to manage recruitment and HR operations.

Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West

Shift: 6 PM –4 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Consistently meet recruitment targets and timelines with a results-driven approach
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities as required Learn and adapt to US hiring practices and blue-collar recruitment

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously Proficient in using job portals and other sourcing platforms to attract top talent
