We are looking for Freight Brokers to join our team in Mohali. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in US Freight Brokerage and should be confident in handling customers, carriers, and freight operations.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and negotiate freight loads with shippers and carriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable deals.
- Coordinate with carriers and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
- Handle carrier and customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and shipments.
- Achieve daily and monthly brokerage targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Freight Brokerage.
- Experience in US Trucking / US Logistics / Freight Brokerage preferred.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills.




- Strong knowledge of freight and transportation operations.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good customer and carrier relationship management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willing to work from the Mohali office and in US/night shifts, as required.
