- Design and develop electrical wiring harnesses based on project and customer requirements.
- Prepare, review and validate 2D wiring harness / bundle drawings.
- Understand and interpret supplier drawings and manufacturing drawings.
- Develop and maintain harness documentation, drawings and BOMs.
- Ensure correct selection and application of:

- Wires

- Terminals

- Connectors

- Tapes

- Sleeves
- Clips and other protection materials
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality and Supplier teams to resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Review drawings for design accuracy, manufacturability and completeness.
- Identify design/drawing issues and coordinate with the concerned engineering team for resolution.
- Maintain proper drawing revision control.




- Ensure the latest approved drawings are released into PLM/PDM systems.
- Support engineering changes, drawing updates and release activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding harness design, drawing clarification and manufacturing feasibility.
- Support prototype/build activities and resolve harness-related manufacturing issues.
- Ensure wiring harness designs meet applicable customer and industry requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to harness design and manufacturing.
