Hiring Technical Support Chat

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Chat Support (Mandatory)

Process: Technical Support Chat

Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Shift: US Shift

Qualification: UG / Graduates

Cab: 1-Way Cab | 7 PM – 7 AM

STRICTLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

No Notice Period Candidates

No Outstation Candidates

Mandatory Requirements:

6 Months – 1 Year Experience in Chat Support

Good Technical Support Knowledge

Excellent Typing Skills

Strong Chat Support Skills

Experience in Email Support is Preferred

Good Communication Skills

EPFO Check Mandatory

Relevant Experience & Education Documents Required

Bangalore-based candidates preferred for easy access to Whitefield.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle technical queries through chat and email
- Troubleshoot and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Respond to customer queries accurately and professionally
- Maintain positive typing speed, accuracy and response quality
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality/productivity targets
