Work Experience
46+ years in financial services, ideally in KYC/AML or client onboarding roles
Hands-on experience on Fenergo or similar CLM platforms and screening tools
Prior experience handling complex CDD cases, activity reviews and false positives
Experience working with large global banks or financial institutions a plus
Exposure to QC checks (e.g., 4-eye review) and second-line escalation is a plus
