JD:
The AERA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data connectivity between Databricks and the Aera Analytics platform. This role focuses on JDBC-based integrations, secure data access, performance optimization, curated data modeling, and dashboard enablement to support advanced analytics and decision intelligence use cases.
- Design, implement, and maintain JDBC connectivity between Databricks (SQL endpoints or clusters) and the Aera analytics platform, BI tools, and ETL/ELT systems.
- Support end-to-end data access enablement for analytics and reporting use cases.
- Collaborate with integration and platform teams to ensure stable and scalable connectivity.
- Implement secure authentication and access controls for JDBC connections, including:
- Token-based authentication
- Azure AD / ADLS credentials
- Unity Catalogbased access controls
- Cloud-native identity and credential mechanisms
- Optimize JDBC-based query execution and data retrieval patterns for performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Aera product and configuration teams to model and expose curated Delta tables and views for Aera consumption.
- Build and support dashboards and analytical reports leveraging curated Databricks datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective collaboration with product, data, and business teams
Transparent communication and documentation skills Experience - 7-15 years
Location - Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Noida / Pune
