Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities for US healthcare claims, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on outstanding and unpaid claims.
- Review patient accounts, insurance claims, EOBs/ERAs, denial information, and payment details to identify outstanding balances and resolution requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with US insurance companies regarding pending, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
- Verify claim status through payer portals, insurance websites, and other authorized communication channels.
- Analyze claim denials and identify issues related to eligibility, authorization, coding, billing, documentation, timely filing, and payer-specific requirements.
- Initiate appropriate corrective actions, including claim resubmission, reconsideration, appeals, corrected claims, and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to obtain claim status, denial reasons, payment information, and required next steps.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive account notes, including interaction details, reference numbers, actions taken, and follow-up dates.
- Prioritize accounts based on aging, outstanding balance, denial category, payer requirements, and business priorities.
- Work towards achieving defined productivity, quality,



collection, and turnaround-time targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for timely resolution.
- Identify recurring denial trends and contribute to process improvement and revenue recovery initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, HIPAA requirements, data privacy standards, quality guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with billing, coding, payment posting, and other healthcare RCM teams to resolve discrepancies and improve claim resolution.
- Maintain required reports related to AR follow-up, claim status, denials, collections, and account resolution.

- Graduate(No B-tech/Be) candidate can apply.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-volume environment.
