Select Source International is hiring for IT recruiters (Domestic IT Staffing):
Location Gurgaon Sec 39 (onsite 5 days)
Experience 0 to 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment, screening and identify the candidate as per client requirement
- Source the Candidate through Job Portals, Job posting site, References Generating
- Explain the requirement of the company, explain the job profile
- Developing and Implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have excellent Communication skills
- Ability to assess candidates technical ability; identify and match candidates behavioural traits
- Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented
- Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients
- Solid organizational skills
- Team player
