Role : Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

1. Partners Onboarding

-Act as the primary point of contact for integration with Web Aggregators, Brokers, and Digital partners. -Understand partner business models and map requirements to internal products, processes, and technology capabilities.

-Coordinate end-to-end API integration journeys: discovery, technical documentation walkthrough, sandbox testing, and production deployment.

-Work closely with internal API, middleware, and digital teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners.

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

-Interact with business stakeholders to capture functional, non-functional, and data requirements. -API specification validations

-Conduct requirement walkthrough sessions with development, QA, and partner teams.

1. UAT support





-Coordinate and execute UAT across multiple digital journey -Log, track, and validate defects in collaboration with QA and development teams.

-Ensure timely sign-off and smooth deployment to production environments.

1. Stakeholder Coordination

-Liaise with internal teams including Product, Operations, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec. -Support post-production issues related to partner journeys and escalate/resolution as needed.
