Job Role : BRANCH HEAD

Designation : ABM

Job Location : KALIMPONG, SILIGURI and MALDA

Required Candidate profile :-

- Must be a graduate.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in banks or finance companies (excluding insurance sector).
- Must currently be working at the Assistant Manager grade or above.
- Must be above 30 years of age.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible.

Duties & Responsibilities :-

- Achieving the allotted branch target.
- Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
- Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
- Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process,



gold appraisal, robust room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
- Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
- Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
- Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
- Cost control.
- Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
