StarsDD is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hindi-Speaking Tele caller to connect with Hindi-speaking parents and students and support our course enquiry and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Hindi-speaking parents and students.

- Explain our courses, course benefits, schedules, fees, and admission procedures.

- Understand student and parent requirements and provide appropriate course information.

- Follow up with interested leads through calls and messages.

- Handle enquiries professionally and maintain good communication with parents and students.

- Support the admission and enrolment process.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students until enrolment.





- Coordinate with the academic/admission team regarding student enquiries.

- Keep updated knowledge of courses, offers, schedules, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluency in Hindi – speaking and understanding is mandatory.

- Ability to convince and engage parents and students.

- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, admissions, or customer service is preferred.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel is an advantage.

- Freshers with valuable Hindi communication skills may also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
