Minimum 11 years experience in Highway / Expressway Construction in Item Rate / EPC / HAM / BOT / Annuity model. Experience in handling Arbitration, Dispute Resolution and Settlement of Claims is desirable. The candidate shall be conversant with MoRT&H;, Standard Bidding Docs, FIDIC (Red Book). Desirable: Post Graduation in Procurement and Contract Management / Construction / Project Management.
Minimum 5 years experience in design of Highway Bridges/ ROBs/RUBs/Flyover/ VUPs and any other structures related to Highway, out of which, Minimum 2 yrs Experience in Structural Health Assessment of Bridges & Structures and Rehabilitation Measure. The candidate shall be conversant in STAAD Pro / MIDAS / SOFISTIK / LUSAS or any other equivalent.
Desirable: Experience in Special Type of Bridges like Extra Dosed Cable Stayed / Suspension / Balanced Cantilever; and Qualification of Masters degree in Bridge & Structural Engineering.
Minimum 5 Years experience in Highway Design (Geometric Design / Pavement Design / Design of Junctions / Intersections etc.) as per IRC/AASHTO/ British and any other International Standards. The candidate shall be conversant in Auto CAD Civil-3D, IIT PAVE. Desirable: Masters degree in Highway / Transportation Engg / Geotechnical Engg/ Traffic Engg.
