Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist the AC Technician in routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC equipment.

- Assist in servicing and cleaning of split AC, cassette AC, ductable AC, package units and other HVAC equipment.

- Assist in cleaning air filters, coils, blower, condenser and other AC components.

- Help the technician during gas charging, pressure checking, leak testing and vacuuming as required.

- Assist in installation, shifting, dismantling and replacement of AC units and components.

- Carry and arrange required tools, spare parts, refrigerant cylinders and materials at the work location.

- Assist in electrical and mechanical work related to AC systems under the supervision of a qualified technician.

- Support the technician in checking copper piping, insulation, drain lines, electrical connections and mounting arrangements.

- Maintain cleanliness of AC rooms, work areas and equipment after completion of service work.

- Report any abnormal noise, leakage, vibration, electrical issue or equipment fault to the technician/supervisor.

- Maintain proper care and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials.

- Customer Service

- Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.





- Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their air conditioning systems.

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients.

- Record Keeping

- Document all services performed, repairs made, and parts replaced in service logs.

- Maintain inventory of tools and replacement parts.

- Prepare quotations for services and maintain accurate billing records.

- Safety Compliance

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks.

- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow proper procedures when handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials.

- Stay up-to-date on safety standards and industry best practices.

- Continuing Education

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of emerging HVAC technologies.

- Acquire and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Section 608 for refrigerant handling).

Required Skills and Qualifications

- ITI with 3 years experience

- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
