Role Description The Health Insurance Specialist at mNivesh will work full time on-site in Sonipat, supporting clients with selecting and managing health insurance plans. This role involves explaining policy features, coverage options, and benefits; assessing client needs; and recommending suitable health insurance products. The specialist will handle client inquiries, provide ongoing support, assist with policy renewals, and coordinate with insurers to resolve issues and facilitate claims guidance.

Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records,



following regulatory and company guidelines, and contributing to sales targets through ethical and informed insurance advisory.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain health insurance options and build long-term client relationships.
- Practical knowledge of Health Insurance and Insurance products, including policy structures, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
- Sales skills with the ability to identify client needs, present suitable solutions, and achieve targets through responsible recommendations.
- Attention to detail and basic numerical skills for reviewing policy documents, premium calculations, and claims-related information.
- Ability to work in office in Sonipat, manage a client portfolio, and collaborate effectively with team members and external insurance partners.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- Relevant educational background in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
