Head of Warehouse:

- Manage overall warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, staging, and outbound activities.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, identification, and proper storage of incoming materials.
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout, storage locations, space utilization, and material flow.
- Ensure accurate inventory handling, bin management, stock movement, and system transactions.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical verification, and stock reconciliation.
- Establish and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Manage loading/unloading, material handling equipment, and warehouse manpower.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of forklifts, racks, pallets, bins, and other warehouse equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Material Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, space utilization, picking accuracy, order fulfillment, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Develop manpower plans, shift schedules, workload allocation, and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Identify opportunities for warehouse automation, digitalization, and process improvement.
- Control warehouse operating costs and support productivity improvement initiatives.
- Manage 3PL/warehouse service providers, where applicable.
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for inventory discrepancies, damages, shortages, and operational issues.
- Prepare and present warehouse performance reports and management dashboards.

Head of Material Control: Responsible for ensuring the right material, in the right quantity, at the right time and place, while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting uninterrupted production.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:





- Manage end-to-end material control and inventory planning for production requirements.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of materials and components to meet the production plan.
- Develop and monitor material requirements, inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment plans.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, and Suppliers.
- Monitor material shortages, excess inventory, slow-moving and obsolete materials.
- Track supplier delivery schedules, material arrivals, shortages, and delays.
- Establish material control mechanisms to minimize line stoppage and production disruptions.
- Monitor MRP/ERP transactions, material reservations, purchase orders, stock movements, and consumption.
- Analyze demand and consumption trends to optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain material shortage reports, inventory dashboards, and daily/weekly material status reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for expediting critical and shortage materials.
- Manage ECN/ECR or engineering-change-related material impacts, including old/current part inventory.
- Ensure effective control of WIP, RM, FG, service parts, and production components as applicable.
- Drive inventory reduction initiatives without impacting production continuity.
- Monitor and improve inventory turnover, days of inventory, material availability, shortage rate, and inventory accuracy.
- Lead root-cause analysis for recurring material shortages and develop preventive actions.
- Support new model/product launches by ensuring material readiness and availability.
- Establish contingency plans for critical materials and supplier disruptions.
- Work closely with Finance on inventory valuation, provisions, write-offs, and excess/obsolete inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean, JIT, Kanban, pull systems, and material-flow optimization where applicable.
