We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Training & Development Department and drive student skill development and career readiness.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Head – Training & Development

Qualification: MBA / PGDM

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage the Training & Development Department.
- Develop and implement annual training plans and calendars.
- Coordinate aptitude, communication, soft-skills and employability training.
- Identify student skill gaps and implement development programs.
- Manage trainers, training partners and industry experts.
- Organize workshops, seminars and industry-oriented training.
- Monitor training participation, outcomes and student progress.
- Lead the training team and coordinate with academic departments.
- Prepare training MIS and performance reports for management.




- Ensure continuous improvement in student skills and professional readiness.

✔ Training program planning and execution

✔ Student development and coordination

✔ Industry and trainer relationship management

✔ Good analytical and reporting skills
