Role Summary

- Join Arvind Limited — Essentials in General Management, based in Varanasi, with 12-20 years of experience.
- Lead operations for the assigned business area with end-to-end ownership of execution, coordination, and performance improvement.
- Drive operational discipline, align cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery against business priorities.
- Contribute as an individual contributor by making sound decisions, resolving issues quickly, and strengthening process consistency across the function.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day operational execution for the assigned business area and ensure targets are met with consistency.
- Coordinate across internal teams to align plans, priorities, and issue resolution for smooth workflow delivery.
- Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to improve outcomes.




- Review process adherence and strengthen controls to ensure reliable and disciplined execution.
- Support planning and review cycles by consolidating inputs, tracking progress, and highlighting risks.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks through timely analysis, escalation, and follow-through on action items.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and service quality across the function.
- Apply Kaizen principles to encourage incremental improvements, waste reduction, and stronger process discipline.
- Support lean manufacturing practices by identifying non-value-added activities, improving flow, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Prepare clear updates and reports for stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
