We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our institutional placement function, build strong corporate partnerships and drive quality career opportunities for students.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Head of Placements

Department: Training & Placement

Qualification: MBA / PGDM

Experience: 8+ Years in Campus Recruitment / Corporate Relations / Placement Management

Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Placement Leadership

- Lead and oversee the institution's complete placement operations.
- Develop and implement annual placement strategies and targets.
- Monitor overall placement performance and drive continuous improvement.

Corporate Relations & Recruiter Development

- Build strong relationships with HR leaders and corporate organizations.
- Identify, onboard and retain reputed recruiters.
- Develop strategic industry partnerships for placements and internships.

Campus Recruitment Management

- Lead end-to-end recruitment drives, from company engagement to selection.
- Coordinate pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews and offer processes.
- Monitor student selections, offers, joining status and placement outcomes.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor and supervise the placement team.
- Establish effective systems, processes and performance standards.
- Coordinate with academic departments and institutional leadership.

Student Career Opportunities

- Strengthen internship,



placement and industry interaction opportunities.
- Support employability initiatives and industry-aligned career development.
- Explore opportunities for higher-quality recruitment and Pre-Placement Offers.

MIS & Management Reporting

- Analyze placement data, recruiter performance and industry trends.
- Prepare institutional placement reports and strategic action plans.
- Present placement achievements and future plans to management.
