- Own end-to-end operations for Design Production and Campaign Operations across two sites, translating global GSS plans into site-level execution.

- Lead a multi-layered organization of people managers and individual contributors, setting transparent accountability and performance standards at every level.

- Drive operational metrics including quality, throughput, efficiency, and on-time delivery — identifying root causes and implementing solutions when performance gaps emerge.

- Build and develop the leadership bench: mentoring people managers, driving succession planning, and creating career pathways that retain top talent.

- Drive organizational design and scaling decisions, determining optimal team structures and capability distribution as the business evolves.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with global GSS leadership, marketing teams, and technology partners — communicating with clarity across levels and geographies.
