So we’re hiring a HEAD OF FINANCE for Kathy’s Beverages / BobaKat, based in Mumbai.

We need someone who can answer significant questions like:

“Are we making money?”

“Which store is actually making money?”

“Why is this cost suddenly here?”

And our favourite

“Can we afford this?”

You’ll own the serious stuff:

P&L.;

Cash flow.

Budgets.

MIS.

Tax.

Compliance.

Audits.

Controls.

Store profitability.

Business planning.

Basically, while we obsess over boba, ramen, burgers, stores and growth, you obsess over making sure the maths still works.

We’d especially like to meet people from F&B;, QSR, retail,



consumer brands or fast-growing businesses.

We don’t need a finance person who only reports history.

We need someone who can help shape what happens next.
