Head of Enterprise Sales, India (Voice AI)

Enterprises in India are replacing IVRs and call floors with AI voice agents. We build them. We are looking for someone who has already sold this category to banks, NBFCs, insurers and large enterprises, and now wants to own the India number end to end.

About Zudu AI

Zudu AI is an enterprise AI voice automation platform. Our agents run inbound and outbound calls at scale in English and Indian languages, with Agent Assist, Conversational Intelligence and a chat widget on the same platform. We are ISO 27001 certified, run our own telephony and voice stack, and operate through India and US entities. Customers include TVS Mobility, Kaspersky and Aarthi Scans. We are about 35 people and growing fast.

The role

You own India enterprise revenue and report directly to the founder and CEO. You will:

- Personally close enterprise deals in BFSI (collections, customer service, sales) and other high call-volume verticals
- Convert the pipeline our AI outbound engine generates, then build your own




- Hire and lead a small team of account executives and SDRs within your first two quarters
- Run the full cycle: discovery, POC, pricing, procurement, security review, signature
- Own forecasting, CRM discipline (HubSpot) and the weekly pipeline review with the CEO
- Bring what enterprise buyers ask for back to product

Who we are looking for
- 8 to 15 years of B2B enterprise sales in India, including 3+ years selling voice AI, conversational AI, contact center software or CPaaS
- Direct relationships with decision makers at banks, NBFCs, insurers or fintechs (collections, CX, operations or digital heads)
- Multiple closed deals above ₹50 lakh annual value with 3 to 6 month cycles
- Built or led a sales team, even a small one
- As comfortable on Zoom as in the client's boardroom
- Based in Mumbai or Bengaluru, or willing to be there every week

You have probably worked at a company like Gnani.ai, Skit.ai, GreyLabs AI, Yellow.ai, Haptik, Exotel, Ozonetel, Uniphore, Sinch or Kaleyra. If you have, we want to talk.
