Role & responsibilities:

- Lead the Electrical & Electronics (E&E;) function across commercial vehicle platforms.

- Own Vehicle Electrical Architecture, Electrical Systems, Wiring Harness and Electronics development.

- Lead ECU, Embedded Systems, ADAS, AUTOSAR, Connectivity and related E&E; technologies.

- Drive Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, Diagnostics, regulatory and homologation compliance.

- Lead system integration, validation, prototype support and resolution of vehicle-level E&E; issues.

- Drive technology roadmap, value engineering, cost optimisation and future-ready E&E; solutions.

- Lead and develop the E&E; engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers and technology partners.

Preferred candidate profile

- 20 to 25 years of experience in Automotive OEMs, preferably Commercial Vehicle or Construction Equipment OEMs.





- Proven experience leading the E&E; function at Head / Functional Head level, covering both hardware and software.

- Solid expertise in Vehicle Electrical Architecture, Electrical Systems and Wiring Harness.

- Strong exposure to ECU Development, Embedded Systems, ADAS, AUTOSAR and SDV.

- Proven experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434 / UNECE WP.29).

- Strong understanding of CAN, LIN, Ethernet and Vehicle Diagnostics.

- Experience in vehicle-level system integration and validation.

- Master's degree, preferably from IIT, will be an advantage.

- Strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management and people leadership capabilities.
