Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement curriculum for Physiotherapy Department, ensuring alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Manage staff performance, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication among team members.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy department, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2-10 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in an NHS setting.
