We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the development and deployment of





Industrial AI solutions. The role focuses on building and optimizing Small Language Models

(SLMs) for real-time industrial applications, integrating AI with plant systems, and enabling intelligent “chat-with-your-plant” capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development and fine-tuning of Small Language Models (SLMs) for industrial use cases

Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

- Build and deploy Python-based microservices (FastAPI/Flask) for model inference
- Process and transform sensor/time-series data into AI-ready formats
- Integrate AI systems with industrial protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA)
- Optimize models for edge deployment using quantization and ONNX
- Enable real-time AI interaction with PLC/SCADA systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable AI deployment
