Role & responsibilities

- To design production processes which leads to maximum efficiency and reduce waste

Strategic and planning

- Planning of daily / weekly and NPD part process designing with CNC programming , process setting & tooling selection

1.Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste. 2.Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades in machine shop

3.Lead & ensure daily production prerequisites such as programming, tooling, job set ups & support all internal reviews

4.Developing production standards in cooperation with head of Production and Head of Assembly. Time and Motion study.

1. design and development of Jigs and Fixtures with aim to reduce the setup time and improve the cycle time.





6.Participate in DFMEA and PFMEA processes (based on standards) and make sure tests that are identified as recommended actions are incorporated
1. According to validation/measurement results, define necessary product improvements to meet the specifications
2. Lead continuous improvements , industrial engineering and methods improvements to improve the productivity at shop floor
3. To lead and develop team of programmers, process engineers and tooling engineers

Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years experience in Machine shop, Component Manufacturing/Engineering Organization, 3D Manufacturing.
