Arokee is looking for an experienced Head – Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to build and lead the IFM vertical end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and lead the IFM vertical team structure, service delivery standards, SOPs and P&L; accountability
- Represent the organisation in client pitches and senior-level engagements
- Develop and manage FM contracts across soft services housekeeping, security, pantry and front desk
- Manage hard services MEP, HVAC and civil maintenance
- Build, mentor and hold the FM operations team accountable to performance benchmarks
- Ensure SLA compliance, statutory adherence and safety standards across managed sites
- Identify opportunities to build and scale the IFM business

Requirements:

- 10–15 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management, with 3–5 years in a leadership role




- Proven experience managing FM operations for large-scale corporate/commercial clients
- Experience with a leading IFM organisation, with demonstrable success in building or scaling service verticals
- Comprehensive understanding of both Soft FM and Hard FM services in a corporate environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract pricing, cost management and margin protection
- Robust executive presence and client-facing capabilities
- Excellent people management and team leadership skills
- Strong professional network within the corporate FM and CRE ecosystem in South India
- Engineering degree preferred; MBA is an advantage
