Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute Group-wide IT & Digital Transformation strategy.

- Lead ERP/MRP implementation, optimisation and integration across business functions.

- Drive Industry 4.0, MES, IIoT, automation and smart manufacturing initiatives.

- Lead Cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, network and disaster recovery.

- Develop BI, MIS, data analytics and management dashboards.

- Identify and implement AI, automation and digital workflow opportunities.

- Integrate Engineering, Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Finance, HR and Service systems.

- Manage IT budgets, technology investments, vendors and strategic partners.

- Build and lead a high-performance IT and digital transformation team.

- Ensure IT governance, policies,



data security and business continuity.

- Present technology roadmap, risks, projects and ROI to senior Management.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. IT or equivalent; MBA preferred.

- 1522 years of IT experience with 7+ years in senior IT leadership.

- Solid experience in ERP/MRP, manufacturing IT, cybersecurity, cloud, BI and digital transformation.

- Experience in machinery / engineering / manufacturing / industrial automation is highly preferred.

- Strong business acumen, leadership, strategic thinking and project management skills.
