We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and take our food experience to the next level.

What You’ll Lead

• Overall kitchen production & daily operations

- Breakfast, sandwiches, pasta, pizzas, salads & wholesome bowls
- Menu development, recipe standardization & seasonal specials
- Kitchen team management, training & task allocation
- Food costing, portion control, inventory & wastage management
- Vendor coordination & procurement




- Food safety, hygiene & kitchen SOP compliance

• Maintaining consistent taste, quality, presentation & speed of service

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role

- Strong experience in cafés, restaurants or premium bakery/café environments

• Good understanding of global café-style cuisine

- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Knowledge of costing, inventory & kitchen controls
- Passion for food, consistency and innovation
- Culinary/Hospitality qualification preferred
