- Experience: 3–6 Years
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech

Mandatory Skills:
- Hardware Testing.
- Hardware Engineering.
- Circuit Design.
- Schematic Creation.
- PCB Layout Coordination.

Preferred Experience:
- Board Level Testing.
- Hardware Troubleshooting.
- Design Validation and Testing.

Hardware Design & Development
- 3–5 years of experience in Hardware Design.
- Design and development of embedded hardware systems.
- Circuit design, schematic creation, and PCB layout coordination.
- Component selection and hardware validation/testing.




- Troubleshooting and debugging of hardware issues.
- Good testing and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of test equipment such as CRO (Oscilloscope), Multimeter, and Function Generator.
- Board-level testing experience.

Engineering Review & Validation
- Review and validate design of Module Mounting Structure (MMS) for fixed tilt and tracker systems.
- Verify design calculations including wind load, seismic load, and dead load analysis.
- Review and validate foundation designs including pile foundations, RCC foundations, and MMS systems.
- Validate design assumptions against actual site conditions.
- Ensure design adequacy, safety margins, and constructability requirements are met.
- Review vendor Technical Evaluation Reports (TER).
- Validate compliance of Solar Modules, PCS/Inverters, Transformers, and BESS Containers.
- Ensure detailed technical reviews with solid focus on quality, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Strong coordination and communication skills with OEMs, EPCs, and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and IEC Standards.
- Knowledge of survey drawings and topography.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and test reports.
- In-depth understanding of detailed design for Solar Power Plants, including plant layout design and equipment arrangement.




- Understanding of procurement processes related to engineering projects.
- Experience across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction environments.
