Job Title: Hardware & Network Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Network Support Engineer to provide technical support for computer hardware, networking infrastructure, operating systems, and IT-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and network peripherals.
- Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot issues related to IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and internet access.
- Install and maintain Windows operating systems, drivers, applications, and security updates.
- Provide technical support to users through onsite, phone, or remote assistance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Perform hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and asset inventory.
- Troubleshoot network cables, ports, connectivity, and basic server-related issues.




- Coordinate with internet service providers and hardware/software vendors when required.
- Maintain IT documentation, support tickets, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Follow IT security policies, backup procedures, and company standards.
- Able to manage CCTV networks

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.

Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+

Experience: 1–3 years in IT hardware/network support preferred. Employment Type: Full-time

Location:- Ernakulam

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
