Role Description The Hardware Networking Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining network hardware and related infrastructure in client and office environments. Day-to-day activities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, managing routers, switches, firewalls, and cabling, and ensuring secure, stable operation of all networked devices. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to support EPABX systems, CCTV and biometric solutions, and internet connectivity,



while documenting configurations and keeping network diagrams up to date.

This is a full time, on-site role located in the Pune Division, requiring regular on-premises presence at company and client locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Troubleshooting and Network Design.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Network Security and related best practices.
- Understanding of hardware components such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and structured cabling.
- Ability to interpret network diagrams, IP addressing schemes, and basic routing and switching concepts.
- Relevant certifications (such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, customer-focused communication skills, and willingness to work on-site at client locations within Pune Division.
