Hiring: Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer with solid hands-on experience in Gosu and PolicyCenter configuration .

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Gosu

• Develop reusable Gosu classes, enhancements, typelists, and plugins

• Customize Product Model, Policy Transactions, Underwriting Rules, and Rating Worksheets

• Develop and enhance PCF screens, Input Sets, and UI flows

• Work on Batch Processes, Messaging, and Guidewire integrations

• Strong understanding of SOAP/REST APIs

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize PolicyCenter application performance
- Follow coding standards, design patterns, and secure development practices

Technical Leadership:

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

• Collaborate with Architects, BAs, QA, DevOps, and client teams

- Translate business requirements into scalable PolicyCenter solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming

• Track delivery using JIRA and provide technical guidance to the team
