About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with robust experience in Guidewire development, integrations, and Java-based application engineering. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to develop scalable and secure insurance technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, develop, test, debug, and deploy Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
- Configure and enhance Guidewire Product Model, Business Rules, Workflows, and Integrations.
- Develop and support APIs, messaging interfaces, batch processes, and data exchange solutions.
- Build and maintain integration solutions across Guidewire and enterprise platforms.
- Apply secure software engineering and DevSecOps practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver business solutions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, release activities,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to engineering best practices.

- Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Expertise in Java Development
- Guidewire Configuration, Product Model, Business Rules, and Workflow Development
- API Development and System Integrations
- Git / GitHub Version Control
- Agile Development Methodologies
- SDLC and Software Engineering Best Practices
- Troubleshooting, Log Analysis, and Production Support
- Understanding of Application Security and Secure Coding Practices

Preferred Skills :

- Angular, Apigee, AWS Cloud, CI/CD Pipelines, Testing Frameworks
- Guidewire BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter exposure
- Microservices Architecture, Web Security, DevSecOps Practices

Domain Preference :

- Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance
- Policy Administration Systems
- Commercial Lines Insurance preferred
