- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.

- Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, cleaned, and replenished with required amenities.

- Make beds, change linen, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.

- Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per established standards.

- Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or any unusual observations to the concerned supervisor.

- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously and coordinate with other departments when required.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas.

- Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.

- Ensure proper use and care of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other materials.

- Follow all hotel policies related to safety, hygiene, security, and grooming.

- Maintain professional conduct and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.





- Assist in maintaining housekeeping stores, linen rooms, and equipment as required.

- Support the Housekeeping team during high occupancy, special events, and peak operational periods.

- Complete assigned duties within the stipulated time while maintaining quality standards.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.

Qualifications

- Qualification:

Minimum 10th/12th standard; Hotel Management/Hotel Operations qualification preferred.

- Experience:

Freshers can be considered; prior experience in hotel housekeeping will be an advantage.
