We are looking for a confident, elegant, well-groomed and well-mannered Guest Relations Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant.
They should have a naturally warm and pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to make every guest feel comfortable, welcomed and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Escort guests to their tables and assist with seating.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, polished and courteous manner.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and well attended to.
- Manage guest queries, reservations and waiting lists.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
- Pay special attention to VIP and regular guests.
- Assist during events, special occasions and influencer/VIP visits.
- Maintain a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant.
- Represent the restaurant and its brand image with confidence and grace.
Candidate Profile
- Candidate with a pleasant and attractive personality.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Excellent spoken English; Hindi is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Polite, well-mannered and naturally hospitable.
- Good body language and interpersonal skills.
- Sophisticated, approachable and cheerful personality.
- Ability to remain composed and courteous during busy hours.
- Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, luxury retail or front-office experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with the right personality and communication skills may also apply.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is beautifully presented, graceful, confident, articulate and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
Experience: 0–3 years
Salary based on experience and suitability.
