We are looking for a confident, presentable, and socially active Guest Relations Executive / PR for a concept bar & restaurant at Balewadi Highstreet, Pune.

The candidate will be responsible for guest engagement, table reservations, relationship building, increasing repeat footfall, supporting events and promotions, and ensuring guests have a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, well-spoken, comfortable interacting with different guest profiles, and familiar with Pune’s nightlife and social scene.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage with guests throughout their visit.
- Build relationships with regular guests, VIPs, groups, and corporate clients.
- Manage table reservations, guest lists, walk-ins, and special requests.
- Follow up with existing guests for events, promotions, and special nights.
- Support the management team in driving repeat footfall and table bookings.
- Maintain a database of regular guests, birthdays, anniversaries, preferences, and contact details.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Hostess, Captains, and service team for smooth guest handling.
- Assist with event nights, DJ nights, live music, themed evenings, and promotional activities.
- Invite guests for special events and support guest list management.
- Handle guest feedback and basic complaints professionally and escalate concerns when required.
- Build relationships with local communities, corporate groups, influencers, and social circles where relevant.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for guest engagement, influencer visits, and event promotion.
- Maintain high grooming, communication,



and brand representation standards.
- Be actively present on the floor during peak evening and weekend operations.
- Support management with guest feedback, booking trends, and repeat-customer insights.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience as GRE, PR Executive, Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Club PR, or similar hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and guest-handling skills.
- Should be confident, presentable, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Understanding of Pune’s restaurant, bar, nightlife, and social scene will be an advantage.
- Experience with reservations, guest databases, event promotions, and repeat guest engagement preferred.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night operations.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and guest communication preferred.
- Candidate should be currently located in or willing to travel/relocate to Balewadi Highstreet, Pune.

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Hospitality, PR, marketing, aviation, events, or customer service background will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
