Position: Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)
Location: Karjat / Taloja
Experience : 1-3 years
Reporting To: Head of Sales
Working Hours
Weekdays: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM 7:30 PM
6 weekoff's in a month
Role Overview The GRE will be the first point of contact for all walk-in clients at project site ensuring a seamless, premium, and well-managed customer experience. The role combines front desk management, client handling, coordination with sales teams, and site administration, ensuring that every visitor experiences the "Walk to Luxury" promise from the moment they arrive.
