The Impact You Will Have
- Drive Strategic Alignment: Build C-suite sponsorship and deepen mindshare across named GSI partners' Data &
- AI, industry, and sales practices to establish Databricks as their primary growth partner.
- Accelerate Co-Sell Revenue: Develop and execute partner-specific GTM plays, build joint pipelines, and drive consumption growth across priority enterprise accounts.
- Build Ecosystem Capability: Expand GSI partner certifications, establish co-developed IP and industry offerings, and ensure robust delivery readiness to support long-term adoption.
- Expand Market TAM: Drive partner-led adoption of emerging Databricks capabilities—including Agentic AI, Genie, Lakehouse technologies, and custom industry solutions.
- Orchestrate Joint Investment: Align internal and external stakeholders to secure partner funding, establish operational cadences, and translate high-level strategies into measurable field execution.
What We Look For
- GSI Partnership Expertise: Proven success managing strategic,
high-growth GSI partnerships with a explicit track record of driving joint co-sell revenue and multi-million-dollar services pipelines.
- Global &
- India Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep familiarity with GSI organizational structures, offshore/GCC delivery models, partner P&Ls;, and scaling GTM strategies across global practice areas.
- Commercial &
- Co-Sell Execution: Strong understanding of enterprise software sales, consumption-based business models, services-led GTM strategies, and joint account planning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams—including Account Executives, Solution Architects, Partner Marketing, and Field Enablement—around joint goals.
- Practice &
- Asset Development: Hands-on experience driving partner enablement, certification roadmaps, and the commercialization of joint technical assets/solutions.
- Executive Presence: Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with GSI practice leads and executive leadership to influence strategy and investment.
- Bias for Action: Self-starter mindset capable of navigating ambiguity, prioritizing high-value opportunities, and executing with speed in a fast-paced environment.
