Can You Turn Ad Spend Into Revenue?

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Rockstar who knows that great marketing isn’t just about clicks — it’s about customers, conversions and revenue.

At Scoobies , you’ll own the growth engine across Meta, Google, e-commerce and other digital channels , helping us scale our retail business and reach more customers.

What You’ll Do

- Own performance marketing strategy, budgets & revenue targets .
- Scale Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopping & Performance Max campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition, online sales & ROAS .
- Optimize CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV & LTV .
- Build high-impact retargeting & remarketing strategies.
- Turn campaign data into clear growth decisions .
- Work with the Creative & E-commerce teams to create ads that convert .
- Lead campaigns for festivals, launches, offers & seasonal sales .
- Identify new channels and opportunities to scale profitably .
- Own performance reporting and present actionable insights to leadership.

Who We Want

- 5–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Robust background in retail/e-commerce/D2C .
- Experience working with Kids' Products or Toy Brands will be a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in scaling campaigns and driving measurable revenue .
- Comfortable managing significant ad budgets.
- Strong commercial thinking — you understand numbers, customers and business .
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
